Our sweet baby boy turned one year old on December 1st. I can't believe that he is already a year old! Jace, you have filled this year with such joy. It has been so much fun watching all of your "firsts" and all of the changes that you have gone through. You are a precious and sweet little boy, and I am so thankful to The Father that I get the privilege of being your mommy!

We had a birthday party for Jace on the 3rd with our family and a few close friends. (This was the beginning of the decorations :)

I wanted to post more pictures of the decorations that we put up, but for some reason I cannot seem to find any more...hopefully someone in our family took some! We decided not to go with a theme...just a bunch of fun colors. Brooke and I made a really fun "Happy 1st Birthday" sign that we hung across the room. We had a few guest tables for people to sit and visit at with center pieces that had some pictures of Jace from the past year. Jace's birthday cake and the 'mess' cake were white cake with butter cream icing. We had a variety of Mexican food and some yummy punch. Jeff made a slideshow that played the whole time on a little tv of Jace's first year of life. We had a kids table that had colors and a bunch of fun snacks for them.Jace really enjoyed his birthday and his party. He loved getting to see his little friends and our family.
