Fun Weekends

After Jace stayed at home for 12 days with pneumonia, Jeff and I decided to take him out for a little fun on January 22 --when we KNEW he was better! We went to Playworld in Conway. He was a little small for most of the activities that they had, but he didn't seem to mind. He had a great time! He even at some pizza when he finished playing.


We went to Booneville on January 30th to hang out with Mom Pat and Pops for Mom Pat's birthday. It was beautiful weather. Jace LOVED getting to play outside!





My personal fav!

It has snowed a couple of times here at our house. Jace had pneumonia not too long ago, so we kept him in the house. Last weekend, it snowed enough to play in for a little bit, so we took Jace outside at my parent's house to play.

So...we were at my parent's house before the snow...and Jace didn't have enough warm clothes there...so we made some :). We made some leg warmers and mittens out of some socks of my dad's...it was pretty funny!







As I am creating this post, it is snowing at our house again. Jeff just came home early from work, and we have almost 8 inches so far!

    Very inventive with the snow gear! Great idea. Jace is growing so fast - so glad he is better.

    Glad he is so much better! He has such a great smile! And I am cracking up at his cold weather gear. Very innovative! I'll have to keep that in mind for future reference. He looks totally warm and pleased to be out and about!
