For the past 12 weeks I have had an OT student at work. This was the first of 2 level 2 fieldwork rotations that Katie has to complete before she is eligible to take her national exam. Katie was the first level 2 student that I have supervised since I have been out of school. A co-worker of mine, Alicia, and I shared the responsibility of having a student. It has been a really fun experience, and I have learned a lot.  With a little extra time that I got at work because Katie was there, I got the opportunity to do some research, expand my treatment ideas, and learn some of the things that have changed in OT school since I was there. It has given me a fresh motivation on being a high-quality health care professional. Katie, you have been an AWESOME student, and I know that you are going to be a wonderful OT! I can't wait to see where the Lord guides you in the next few months!
